Mrpav orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.
This means you can purchase multiple pieces from multiple locations for one shipping fee. The amount of the Flat Shipping Fee is based on the lowest price shipping option available for the item in your order, which travels the farthest to reach you.
All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Mrpav cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:
European Union, Canada, Brazil, China, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, U.A.E, Japan, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, San Marino, and Mexico.
If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For the UK and the USA, these are included at the final stage of checkout.
If a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the countries listed above), the price you pay to Mrpav Fashion will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.
SHIPPING TO USA
Items being shipped to the USA will have tax added at the final stage of checkout.
For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the Mrpav Fashion partner for a refund.

We are pleased to offer a Same Day delivery service in the following cities when you order from a participating Mrpav Fashion partner in that city.
When browsing our site, you can select ‘Same Day Delivery To’ shown on the left category list. This will filter all the items that are available for Same Day delivery, so you’ll be able to shop only the styles that can be delivered that day.
If Same Day delivery is possible for your post code, this option will also show at checkout after you enter your shipping address. The Same Day delivery cost varies from city to city and will be visible on the Shipping page before completing your order. For details on which postcodes may be eligible for Same Day delivery, please see below.
As we require a signature for all orders, delivery to P.O Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are unavailable at this time.
Place your order by 11 am local time and your Mrpav Fashion purchase will be with you by 7pm that same day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 11 am local time will be delivered the following business day.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you would like to make changes to your order or the arranged delivery time, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
If you miss a delivery, we will be in touch with you to arrange another suitable delivery date. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we’ll return your order to the Mrpav Fashion partner for a refund.
We can attempt to cancel your purchase if you change your mind, however as Same Day orders are prioritised, cancellations for these orders are not always possible. You can instead return your order for a refund via our free and easy returns service.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, the relevant Mrpav Fashion partner will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days.
Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 2-7 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your Mrpav account.
If you order from multiple Mrpav partners, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please Contact Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by a Mrpav partner, we offer a Free Returns service.
Our new F90 service offers you the unique opportunity to shop at Mrpav and receive delivery within 90 minutes. Once an F90 order is placed, it’s then carefully prepared in store by the Mrpav Fashion team and hand-delivered by a luxury Mrpav courier, wrapped in our exclusive Mrpav packaging.
F90, Store to Door in 90 minutes is currently offered from selected Mrpav partners and boutique partners in Berlin, Dubai,Hong Kong, LA, London, Madrid, Miami, Milan, New York, Paris, São Paulo and Tokyo. If F90 is available for your location, you will be presented with the option while you shop. This premium service is available Monday to Friday, between 8am and 7pm. Please note times may vary between partners. Rest assured: partner-specific information is available at checkout.
If you decide your purchase isn’t quite right, we also offer a complimentary return service. Customer Service team will arrange a 2 hour collection window for the next working day. They are available Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday to Sunday 9am-1pm .
